Barnsäng, sängkläder & handdukar

Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej i hyran och kan ej hyras utav oss.

Resesäng finns i sovrummet direkt till höger när man kommer upp för trappan. I nuläget finns ej tillhörande täcke + kudde utan detta behöver medtagas.

Travel cot, bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental.

Travel cot is available in the bedroom directly to the right when you come up the stairs. Currently, there is no duvet or pillow provided for it, so these need to be brought with you.

Städning vid utcheckning

Ingår ej men kan ev bokas till mot en extra kostnad vid förfrågan.
Städmaterial finns i rummet under trappan.
Om städ ej bokats, skicka bilder från huset till oss innan avresa.

Parkering

Flera platser finns precis vid boendet. En bil precis utanför ytterdörren och fler längst backen.

Parking

Several parking spaces are available right at the property and around the area.

Elbilsladdare

Finns till höger om ytterdörren och låses upp mot en kostnad. Kontakta oss om du önskar ladda.

Electric Car Chargers

Located to the right of the front door and can be unlocked for a fee. Please contact us if you would like to charge.

Högtalare

Vi ber er att ej ta med Marshall-högtalaren ut från stugan. Även tillhörande laddare ska finnas kvar i stugan.

Sauna

Please do not bring the Marshall-speaker out from the house.

Diskmaskin

För att diskmaskinen ska fungera behöver vattenlåset (en liten kran som sitter framtill på blandaren vid diskhon) vara öppen.

Om den ej är öppen visas felkod E02.

Vänligen kontrollera detta innan ni startar diskmaskinen och lämnar stugan.

Om maskinen behöver fyllas på med diskmaskinsalt & spolglans finns detta i skåpet bredvid diskmaskinen - vi uppskattar om ni fyller på och meddela gärna oss om detta tagit slut så kan vi fylla på.

Dishwasher

For the dishwasher to work, the water lock (a small tap located on fron of the kitchen faucet by the sink) must be open.

If it’s not open, error code E02 will appear.

Please check this before starting the dishwasher and before leaving the apartment.

Braskamin

Gästen tar med egen ved, ingår ej.

  • Använd endast torr ved.

  • Öppna luftventilen, lägg i ved och tänd försiktigt.

  • Elda aldrig papper, plast eller annat material.

Fireplace

Firewood is not inclueded, the guest needs to bring this.

  • Only dry firewood may be used.

  • Open the air vent, place wood inside, and light carefully.

  • Never burn paper, plastic, or other materials.

Bastu

På aggregatet finns två vridbara knappar.

Knappen till vänster startar bastun. Vrider du förbi symbolen med klockan, aktiveras timern och bastun startar senare.

Knappen till höger reglerar värmen – ställ den på max för bästa effekt.

Det tar cirka 45 minuter för bastun att bli varm.

Det går bra att kasta vatten på stenarna för att få upp ångan och luftfuktigheten.

Sauna

There are two rotary knobs on the heater.

The knob on the left starts the sauna. If you turn it past the clock symbol, the timer is activated and the sauna will start later.

The knob on the right controls the temperature – set it to maximum for best results.

It takes approximately 45 minutes for the sauna to heat up.

You may pour water on the stones to increase the steam and humidity.

Bäddsoffa

Soffan på övervåningen framför TVn är en bäddsoffa med plats för två personer (140 cm).

  • Dra fram soffan lite

  • Fäll bak ryggstödet

  • Täcke och madrasskydd finns i byrålådan under TVn - extra kudde finns troligtvis i någon av sängarna i boendet

  • I den större dubbelsängen finns en extra bäddmadrass, den går att lyfta till bäddsoffan för extra komfort. Glöm inte lägga tillbaka bäddmadrassen när ni ska checka ut

Sofa bed

The sofa upstairs in front of the TV is a sofa bed with space for two people (140 cm).

  • Pull the sofa out slightly

  • Fold the backrest down

  • Pillows, duvet, and mattress protector are in the drawer under the TV.

TV & Chromecast

Båda våra TV-apparater är smart-TV och den på nedervåningen har inbyggd Chromecast:

  • Koppla upp dig på stugans WiFi

  • Välj enhet du vill streama till

Netflix: Går ej att streama via Chromecast utan att först logga in på Netflix på TVn.

  • Öppna Netflix-appen på TVn

  • Välj Logga in

  • Logga in via din telefon på ditt Netflix-konto

  • TVn meddelar att Netflix är inloggat

  • Glöm inte logga ur Netflix på TVn innan du checkar ut från stugan

TV & Chromecast

Both of our TVs are smart TVs, and the one downstairs has a built-in Chromecast:

  • Connect to the apartment’s Wi-Fi

  • Select the device you want to stream to

Netflix: It is not possible to stream via Chromecast unless you first sign in to Netflix on the TV.

  • Open the Netflix app on the TV

  • Select Sign in

  • Sign in to your Netflix account using your phone

  • The TV will confirm that Netflix is signed in

Remember to sign out of Netflix on the TV before you check out of the apartment.

Matvarubutik & shopping

Det finns en ICA-butik ca 7 minuter med bil från boendet. Det finns även matbutik & enklare ski-shop uppe på Branäsberget samt vid Gondoltorget under vintersäsongen.

Grocery store & shopping

There is an ICA store about a 7-minute drive from the accommodation. There is also a grocery store and a small ski shop on Branäsberget as well as at Gondoltorget during the winter-period.

If cleaning has been booked
Vi tar hand om städningen men vi ber gästen att:

  • Tömma och ta med soporna till återvinningen

  • Lägg in eventuell disk i diskmaskinen och starta denna innan ni lämnar

  • Plocka undan från diskbänken och ställa tillbaka köksmaskiner mm i skåpen

  • Se till att det är snyggt och rent ute på bänken på altanen om denna nyttjats

  • Vänligen säkerställ att boendet lämnas i ett snyggt och vårdat skick samt att möbler som eventuellt flyttats ställs tillbaka där de stod från början


We take care of the cleaning, but we ask guests to:

  • Empty the trash and take it to the recycling station

  • Load any dishes into the dishwasher and start it before leaving

  • Clear the kitchen counter and put kitchen appliances, etc., back in the cabinets

  • Make sure the counter on the patio is clean and tidy if it has been used

  • Please ensure that the property is left neat and tidy and that any furniture that may have been moved is returned to its original place
Glöm ej:

  • Logga ut från ev inloggade streaming-tjänster på TV

  • Stäng fönster

  • Stäng av lampor & TV-apparater

  • Ta en extra titt runt om i stugan så ni inte glömmer något


Don’t forget to:

  • Log out from any streaming services on the TV

  • Take one last look around the cabin to make sure you haven’t left anything behind

Kompletta städinstruktioner

Glöm inte att kontrollera så det är iordningställt på uteplatsen om ni nyttjat detta.
KÖK

 • Rengör spisen, eventuella använda ugnsformar och mikrovågsugnen (in- och utvändigt)

 • Töm och rengör kyl och frys (in- och utvändigt)

 • Rengör bänkskivor, diskho, kakel/vägg samt skåpluckor

 • Töm soporna och rengör soptunnorna

 • Lägg in eventuell disk i diskmaskinen och starta den innan ni lämnar
 • Plocka undan från diskbänken och ställa tillbaka köksmaskiner mm i skåpen

BADRUM 1 + 2

 • Rengör toalett och handfat (in- och utvändigt)

 • Rengör bastu, dusch, kakel och glasdörrar

 • Rengör skåp, hyllor och speglar
• Se till att det är snyggt vid tvättmaskinen om ni använt denna och städa bort ev tvättmedelsrester

SOVRUM OCH ÖVRIGA UTRYMMEN

 • Damma garderober, hyllor och bord

 • Torka ur torkskåpets botten

 • Lägg kuddar och täcken prydligt på sängarna
 • Torka ur botten i torkskåpet samt städa av underläggen vid hallen

GOLV OCH MÖBLER

 • Dammsug och moppa alla golv, inklusive golvlister och under sängarna

(Var försiktig – golven är känsliga för vatten)

 • Torka av och damma stolar, bord, TV och speglar

Complete Cleaning Instructions

Don’t forget to check that the outdoor area is tidied up if you have used it.
KITCHEN

• Clean the stove, any used oven dishes, and the microwave (inside and out)
• Empty and clean the fridge and freezer (inside and out)
• Clean countertops, sink, tiles/walls, and cabinet doors
• Empty the trash and clean the trash bins
• Put any dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave
• Clear the kitchen counter and put kitchen appliances, etc., back in the cabinets

BATHROOM

• Clean the toilet and sink (inside and out)
• Clean the sauna, shower, tiles, and glass doors
• Clean cabinets, shelves, and mirrors

BEDROOMS AND OTHER AREAS

• Dust wardrobes, shelves, and tables

• Clean the bottom of the drying cabinet

• Neatly place pillows and duvets on the beds

FLOORS AND FURNITURE

• Vacuum and mop all floors, including baseboards and under the beds
(Be careful – the floors are sensitive to water)
• Wipe and dust chairs, tables, the TV, and mirrors
